1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products and Services
When you purchase a plugin, you are purchasing:
- Access to download the plugin from our servers
- Automatic updates for the duration of your license
- Support for the duration of your license
For subscription-based purchases, your license remains active as long as your subscription is active and renewing. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your access to updates and support will end. For lifetime purchases, your license remains active for as long as the business continues to operate and offer the product.
3. Payment, Pricing, and Currency
All base prices are set in US dollars (USD). To make our products accessible worldwide, prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency, and may be adjusted by region to reflect local purchasing power. The price and currency shown at checkout are the price and currency you will be charged. Currency conversions are calculated using current exchange rates at the time of display; the USD-equivalent value of regionally adjusted prices may differ between countries and may change over time.
Regional pricing is offered at our sole discretion and is based on your location. Using technical means (including VPNs, proxies, or location spoofing) to obtain pricing intended for a different region is prohibited and may result in order cancellation or license termination.
We reserve the right to change pricing, regional adjustments, supported currencies, and available payment methods at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Payment Methods and Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors (including Stripe). Available payment methods vary by country and may include credit and debit cards, digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link), and regional payment methods (such as UPI, Pix, iDEAL, BLIK, and others). The availability of any specific payment method is determined by our payment processors and is not guaranteed.
For subscriptions paid with certain regional payment methods, automatic renewal may not be supported. In that case, you will receive a renewal notice with a payment link before or when your renewal is due, and your license will continue once the renewal payment is completed. If a renewal payment cannot be collected and is not completed manually, your subscription and access to updates and support will lapse.
Your payment method provider may impose its own fees (such as foreign transaction or currency conversion fees). Those fees are between you and your provider and are not collected or controlled by us.
5. Taxes
Prices may be shown exclusive of taxes. Depending on your location, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax, or similar taxes may be added at checkout where we are required to collect them. Where we are not required to collect such taxes, you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges that apply to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. International Use, Sanctions, and Export Compliance
Our products are available internationally; however, we do not offer our products or services in countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes under United States law, or to individuals or entities on applicable restricted-party lists. By purchasing, you represent that you are not located in such a country or region and are not such a person or entity. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable in your own jurisdiction regarding the purchase and use of our products.
7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the currency of the original transaction. Due to exchange rate fluctuations and payment provider fees, the amount you receive in your local currency may differ slightly from the amount originally charged; we are not responsible for such differences. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party software or hosting environments.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any consumer right, that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our support and update services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you the right to bring claims in your local courts or before a local consumer dispute body, nothing in this section deprives you of that right.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. These terms are written in English; any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version controls in the event of a conflict.
