• You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals — cancelling stops future charges but does not by itself trigger a refund

Refund Details

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method, in the currency of the original transaction
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account; some regional payment methods (such as bank redirects and real-time payment networks) may take longer, which is controlled by the payment network rather than by us
• Due to exchange rate changes, the refunded amount in your local currency may differ slightly from the amount originally charged
• When a refund is issued, your license is deactivated and access to downloads, updates, and support ends

Fair Use

This guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence. Repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product, or using refunds to obtain free extended use of a product, may result in future refund requests or purchases being declined.
